Tim is a passionate husband, father, and leader who desires to see people know Jesus and experience the abundant life God intended. After graduating from Concordia Seminary, St. Louis, he planted a church in the northern suburbs of Milwaukee, which expanded through an early childhood center and a high school. In 2006, Tim was called to Salem Lutheran Church in Tomball to serve as the Connections Pastor for assimilation and small groups; in 2011, he became Executive Pastor; in 2013, Tim became Senior Pastor. Recently, he also became the
leader of the Large Church Network (LCN), an organization that gathers the leaders of the larger congregations of the LCMS for networking,
learning, and encouragement. He is married to Kristin, a licensed professional counselor, and has two grown children.
